Description
Our 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from a 20 acre single vineyard in the Mt. Veeder appellation and is blended with ~6% Merlot from the same vineyard. A tasting discloses flavors of classic dark cherry, cassis and hints of mocha balanced perfectly with spice and subtle notes of wood. Aged 22 months in French Oak barrels to produce a complex, yet delicate flavor, we only produce 48 cases of this Cabernet. Wine maker: Jeff Fontanella.
